Viewings and open houses provide opportunities for buyers to get a sense if your home would work for them.  You will want them to picture themselves living there and be motivated to make an offer.

There are a few things you can do to make viewings more successful:

  • Make sure your house is neat, clean, and smells fresh.
  • Remove personal items such as family pictures, and pack away whatever you can in advance. This makes it easier for buyers to imagine themselves living in the house.
  • Find a place to go so buyers are more comfortable viewing the property.
  • If possible, remove your pets.

Viewings and open houses can be inconvenient and I will do my best to minimize the disruptions.
